The comet that has not been seen for 80 thousand years "returns".

A comet that has not been seen since ancient humans first left Africa 80,000 years ago is expected to return to its path towards Earth. And, according to astronomers, it can be seen with the naked eye.

Formally known as C/2023 A3, it was first discovered on February 22 by four telescopes in South Africa, Chile and Hawaii.

C/2023 A3 is currently traveling at 180,610 miles per hour between Saturn and Jupiter. It is expected that the celestial object will be seen on our planet in October 2023.

Not much is known about this comet, but data indicates that it is a very large object that will pass in front of the sun before becoming visible to our eyes.

Recall that comets begin to melt as they approach the sun, releasing a stream of gas and dust that is dispersed by solar radiation and plasma, forming what is known as the comet's tail.
