Controversial rapper Kanye West, also known as Ye, has released a new song called 'Heil Hitler', along with a militant-style music video.

The music video for the song Heil Hitler shows a group of black men in formation chanting 'Ni**a Heil Hitler' several times. The men are wearing leather and animal heads.

West also sings "I became a Nazi, I'm a villain."

At the end of the song, West includes an audio clip of Adolf Hitler giving a speech. According to the Jerusalem Post, the clip is taken from Hitler's 1935 speech at the Krupp factory in Germany. Here, he can be heard saying, "[If] you think my work is right, if you think I've been diligent, that I've worked, that I've dedicated myself over the years, that I've used my time with dignity in the service of my people. Cast your vote now. If 'YES,' then defend me, just as I defended you!"

The song also has several references to his children, including lyrics such as "these people take my children, then they close my bank account, I have so much anger inside me, I have no way to get it out."

The song's release date, Thursday, May 8, has drawn much criticism, as it coincides with Victory in Europe Day, which honors the Allied victory over the Nazis.

The CEO of the American Jewish Committee (AJC), Ted Deutch, called the song "blatant anti-Semitism."

"Ye is capitalizing on hatred of Jews and the music industry needs to stand up and speak out against this disgrace."

Just a day earlier, West posted on X saying, “I love Hitler.” This joins a long line of anti-Semitic complaints and actions from the US-based rapper.

In March, he attacked Jews for allegedly controlling banks, the media and minds, saying “Anti-Semitism is the only path to freedom.” A month earlier, he began selling a T-shirt with a Nazi cross on his Yeezy clothing brand.
