The Court of Appeals decided this Thursday to acquit the famous singer, Luzi Ejlli.

The General Jurisdiction Appeal accepted the appeal filed by lawyers Arbër Hoxha and Dritan Metani, overturning the decision of the Fier Court to sentence the singer to 1 year in prison for "forgery of documents", declaring him innocent.

Meanwhile, Louis Eyll's reaction has also arrived.

"After a long battle with injustice after a decision that became a headline on the portals and a celebration for some, justice spoke again and clearly: I am innocent. The Court of Appeal overturned that absurd decision that sentenced me to a year in prison, not because it did me a favor, but because it saw the truth. A truth that many never sought, because they were not interested in justice but in destruction.

And while I was fighting to protect my name, life and future, there were people laughing, there were eyes that lit up at the news of my sentence. They even said that he got what he deserved.
