Love knows no age and no boundaries! This is confirmed by the 39-year-old Albanian Emiliano Fejzo. The young man holds the record of being expelled 13 times from the Italian state and he did all of this for one reason, love. The young man has been the subject of various news since 2019, when he was last detained by the authorities in Sant'Ilario of Reggio Emilia. The young man explained all his drama before the court.
He is in love with Alina, a 57-year-old Ukrainian who has a residence permit in Italy. She worked as a health care provider until she was able to. But Fejzo clarified that she is already sick and needs his support. According to him, the two have known each other for many years.
"We met in Italy about 20 years ago. Alina suffers from a degenerative disease. In June of three years ago, I was forced to repatriate for the last time. They put me on a plane in Milan and sent me to Albania. After two days she called me and said it was bad. I didn't think twice... The next day I boarded a boat and returned to Sant'Ilario to stay close to him", said the Albanian in front of judge Cristina Beretti.
Two months later, the carabinieri arrested him again. Fejzo then undertook to fix his position in Italy, managing to obtain a residence permit and live with his girlfriend. But he is currently in prison because he was arrested again after having to serve several sentences accumulated by the courts in Reggio, Parma, Bologna, Genoa and La Spezia.
A total of 5 years… Years to be served on charges of illegal return to Italy, resisting public officials, false identity and attempted theft. For the last illegal return, yesterday, the prosecutor asked for a year in prison.

The defense lawyer of the Albanian, Sarah Dell'Açantera, brought before the court the medical certificates that confirm the problems with his partner. And he asked for his innocence, which was actually accepted yesterday by Judge Beretti because his behavior does not constitute a crime, given Alina's condition.
"She is 100% disabled and does not work. There are no other relatives in Italy who can help him. "Recently, the firemen had to go after she had fallen from the apartment," said the lawyer.
According to what was made public, her situation was taken over by Sant'Ilario's social services. Meanwhile, the 39-year-old wants to be settled through marriage.
"Fejzo found a job in a construction company, but he had no documents to stay in Italy. Now he would like to get married in order to have a residence permit for family reasons. But for this, an application for a marriage permit is needed from the Albanian embassy, a procedure that lasts 3 months", said the lawyer.
Meanwhile, the media write that if this bureaucracy is also broken, the love between the Albanian and the Ukrainian woman will win over every obstacle.
