Singer Jonida Maliqi has managed to win the trial against her ex-husband, shortly after their clash over child support payments became public in the media.

Jonida's ex-husband, businessman Gent Prizreni, has been ordered to pay the bills for 8 months during which his financial obligations were not settled. The amount set by the court is 2,000 euros per month.

But according to the court, the payment should continue until the son, Dani, reaches the age of 18.

Eight years after the separation, a short time ago, Jonida Maliqi was seen in the Tirana court accompanied by her lawyer, as she requested that her ex-husband pay 2,000 euros per month for her son, as he needs special care due to his health condition.

According to some invoices published in the media, he had only paid 1,500 euros per month.
