Alketa Vejsiu has broken the silence after two years and has taken the first step to fix relations with Arilena Arena. At least publicly.

They had a very close relationship, started years ago when Arilena, still a child, participated in 'Little Genius' where Alketa was the presenter. The bond between them was strengthened even more during the second edition of X-Factor where they were again in the same competing and presenting roles. However, the third time they got together did not end well. We are talking about the 'Song Festival' of 2019.

Arilena managed to triumph to represent us in 'Eurovision' leaving the second place to Elvana Gjata. Which caused a lot of fuss and controversy, with the audience being divided into two camps: those who supported Arilena and those who supported Elvana. Alketa also seemed to belong to the second camp.

The moderator apologized publicly to Elvana, saying that the jury vote was not in her hand and she could not give a voice to the public. This seems to have displeased Arilena, who did not delay and removed the moderator from Instagram. Then Alketa did the same. In an interview on 'Opinion' in February 2020, the presenter expressed pride in Arilena's victory, which she said is a super talented girl.

"I am very proud that Arilena has won and kept the prestige of that award. There is no doubt that she is a super talented girl. I had only one reservation from the beginning when Arilena became part of the cast because Albania suffers from nepotism and people who are close to us are always prioritized, they get jobs, they receive awards, but I was against choosing another part of the staff for her to was part of the festival just because it did not meet the dreams of others. He is 21 years old, he could have come to the next festival to win it, but not at the expense of this cause ".

However this did not fix their relationship. But today, after two years, Alketa decides to break the ice, posting on Instagram a video taken from 2013 when Arilena was part of "X Factor". In the detached moment Arilena runs excitedly towards Alketa and hugs her. "This hug is worth 1000 words. Forgive me Arilena Ara. Love you. "Together in search of beautiful things", Alketa wrote as she chose to block the comments in this post. While from the singer there is still no reaction.
