Luiz Ejlli meets the winner of "Big Brother Canada", Kevin Jacobs: The

Luiz Aylli, in one of his concerts in Canada, met one of his biggest supporters, the winner of "Big Brother Canada", Kevin Jacobs.

Kevin has published a photo and a video on his Instagram profile with Luiz, while in a long article he has shown the emotions and feelings that he and all Albanians have given him.

He calls Albania wonderful and says that he has learned a lot about our country, as he previously knew it as a country that was poorly known by Canadians. Kevin says that he learned a lot about the Albanian people and history, where he also read Ismail Kadare and Naim Frashëri.

"I am very happy that Louise Aile managed to go to Canada to perform. He has no idea how much fun he brought me. In March 2023, I received a series of DMs saying that I should pay attention to Albanian Big Brother. One thing led to another and I made a story rooting for Luiz.

I didn't know that when I made that story, a bunch of Albanians - from Albania and all over the world - would find me and say that they appreciated something as small as an InstaStory. I did Big Brother Canada for the love of the game and nothing else. So I watched this season because of my love of television and supported Louis because of his entertaining strategy while trying my hardest to get back with tens of thousands of emails and DMs. Most importantly, I met so many Albanians, in Canada and in about 20 other countries.

I knew next to nothing about Albania, but I slowly learned about a wonderful country and amazing people that were often misrepresented in the North American media. I visited the ambassador's office in Ottawa and learned about the history of Albania in Canada. I learned about the great writers Ismaïl Kadaré and Naim Frashëri. And I met wonderful people here in Toronto, like Ruki Kondaj, a lawyer who has worked to preserve the spirit of Albania in Canada.

There is much more to this story and I will keep much of it to myself, but I will leave it here with a few recommendations:

Reality TV doesn't get enough credit. Seeing people as they are, just living in a house, is something that resonates across nations and languages ​​for a reason. That's why John de Mol's original Big Brother concept has led to 500+ seasons in 60+ countries. We are all human and the best and worst of us are reflected in this beautiful game, in all its formats.

I wish Luiz all the best and hope that the coming years bring him continued joy and success.

This marks the end of a fun chapter with many lessons learned. I will continue to advocate for Albanian tourism and for Albanians in Canada. The only thing left to do is visit one day. These beaches look incredible," Kevin wrote on Instagram.
