Kim Kardashian's sister Khloe has revealed how she learned she had a tumor from a mark on her face. She chose to confess after hearing many stories about the 'bandage' she wore on her face.
Kardashian said she decided to get a "little lump" checked out that she had for 7 months and hadn't gone away. At first he thought it was something small, but no.
After consulting two dermatologists and two biopsies, Kardashian was advised to have immediate surgery to remove the tumor from her face, stressing that what doctors were seeing was extremely rare for someone her age.
Through a post on social networks, the mother of two expressed her gratitude to her surgeon.
"Now we continue with the healing process. You'll continue to see my wraps and when I'm allowed, you'll probably see a sign on my page, but until then I hope you enjoy seeing how awesome these are," Khloe said.
She said she wanted to share the story so that everyone can get their skin checked.
Kardashian said she had a melanoma removed from her back when she was 19, but advised even those not predisposed to skin cancer to "get checked all the time."
