Although her nude appearance on the 2025 Grammys red carpet caused a stir, Kanye West's wife, Bianka Censori, will reportedly not face any legal action.

No official complaint has been filed regarding Kanye West's wife's appearance, a source points out, adding that the awards ceremony is a private event, meaning anyone can dress however they want.

Meanwhile, lawyer Andrea Ogundula told Page Six that the Censor's action deserves a punishment, but this depends on the decision made by the prosecution.

“Although Ms. Censori’s attire crossed the line, in California, the charge of indecent exposure requires intentional exposure of the genitals with the intent to cause sexual offense or arousal. Theoretically, there is a possibility of criminal prosecution, but it is unlikely since the decision rests with the prosecutor,” he said.
