The owner of a plot of land in the middle of a developing area in Australia continues to remain stoic and not sell his property, despite being reportedly offered $40 million to leave and opened the way for the project.

For decades, the Zamit family has been the proud owner of a 20,000 square meter property in the Quakers Hills west of Sydney.


But now the area has been significantly developed and filled with villas, while the entire surface of Zam's land is surrounded by them, remaining untouched.

Footage filmed from above shows the huge changes in the area since the family moved in two decades ago and now that development has taken off.
