"Moon World Resorts" is the newest project expected to be implemented, for the first time, in Dubai. The company responsible for this architectural wonder, in addition to Dubai, wants to build a series of giant hotels similar to the moon in other countries. 

According to them, the hotel structures will be a 360-degree recreation of the moon, complete with craters and views identical to this celestial body. Each recreated 'moon' could be 224 meters high, however this would be subject to location and planning permissions.

Entrepreneur, Michael R. Henderson, co-founder of "Moon World Resorts", tells CNN Travel the reason for choosing the moon as the symbol of their projects. "Seven and a half billion people know him and they all love him," he says.

Each hotel is designed to be a luxury resort with interiors that resemble a spaceship. Restaurants, bars and shops inside the hotels will give tourists the idea that they are walking on the surface of the moon.

In fact, the project presents extraordinary technical challenges, but this does not prevent the company from realizing the ambitious goal of building four such resorts, namely in North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. 

The first "Moon World" resort is expected to open in 2027.
