However, when she reached the photographers, Bianca Sensori, as she took off her coat, discovered that she was not wearing anything underneath.

Foreign media also report that Kanye West was the one who gave him instructions on how to take off his coat.

Kanye West's partner opted for a see-through dress, and wore no underwear underneath. As expected, her look sparked discussion, with her fans on Twitter commenting on how much she has changed since becoming "Mrs. West."

Someone pointed out that they are tired of seeing Bianca Censori naked on the covers, another who talks about mistreatment by Kanye West and others who wonder if she chooses her appearances of her own free will.
