Sara Gjordeni and Bardhi were married in a mosque during the month of Ramadan, respecting Islamic traditions, to which Bardhi belongs .
Sara, who is an Orthodox Christian believer, emphasized that tolerance of beliefs is what makes their relationship special.
She explained that, despite criticism for having children, they followed the rituals according to the advice of the imam and were not bothered by outside opinions.
"The other person's faith doesn't matter at all when it comes to our routine and our desires. It seems that we have an innate respect for each other, as far as faith is concerned, it's not like Bardhi and I have set rules for each other that say 'look, you will do this' because my faith does not tolerate it. The wedding in the mosque was certainly strange, I have never been in the presence of a hoxha or a mosque, I have certainly spent a lot of time with people of the Muslim faith, since my mother has a complete family that belongs to this faith, I have certainly seen Bardhi praying or reading the Quran. My whole experience was peaceful and gave me a very good feeling", she claimed.
Sara also emphasized that getting married in a mosque was a positive experience for her, despite never having been to a mosque before, and that she has respect for the Muslim faith.
She also clarified that she has not converted to Islam, following the insinuations that were made after the wedding photos.
In addition, Sara announced that she would be moderating a new show on Top Channel, " Girl or Boy ".
