An American model and singer says that she has spent a full 50 thousand dollars on plastic surgery to look like the famous Barbie doll.

Serena Smith from Beverly Hills, USA, says she wants to look like a real Barbie.

The 24-year-old started operations when she was only 18 years old. She started with breast augmentation, which cost her $7,500. From 2016 until today, her image has completely changed, declaring herself "addicted to plastic surgery".

The parts of the body that have undergone operations are the nose, buttocks, lips, cheeks, chin and forehead.

However, now looking at her image, she admits that she overdid it with her physical appearance: "I loved my appearance...".

"I'm trying to embrace some of the natural beauty. I'm not saying I'm done with these procedures, but I want to embrace my natural look again," says the 24-year-old singer.

"I liked the way I looked, but over time I realized it didn't suit me. Maybe because I'm getting older and learning to accept my beauty a little more. I guess every now and then it's good to keep things fresher. Everyone changes, we don't stay the same all our lives," she said.
