Viral video of the mayor of the Municipal Council in Vlora, Elpiniqi Merkuri:

The chairman of the Vlora Municipal Council, Elpiniqi Merkuri, has gone viral on the net after a video of an interview with a local television station.

Merkuri, who herself precedes the opinion of the majority, saying that "it will seem strange to you", as she states that "she is inclined to see the side of culture in the countries she visits, she mentions Dubai as such a place.

Europe is broadly similar in terms of structure and urban planning. In fact, when I go and visit a country, I am more inclined to see the side of culture and how these people live. The answer I will give back will seem strange, but the place that has impressed me in the way it treats its people, from the places I have visited so far, is Dubai.
