Elton Deda recounts the difficult years as an immigrant in the USA: I broke away
Elton Deda

The well-known artist Elton Deda has narrated the difficult years of immigration to the United States of America.

He said during a program on RTSH that in the first years he did not have regular documentation and he had to do various jobs to support his family.

Then he discovered that he went to school for IT, and got a job in this field where he worked for four years, completely disconnected from music.

"Especially the first years I was without papers, immigration is always painful. It is a very long psychological process. The first years I worked with music. Then the economy crashed and there weren't many jobs for musicians.

I told myself you will do one thing to create an income for your family so that the boy can grow up for good. I went to school for IT and then I got a job, I worked for four years. I had a very good salary ", he declared.
