Three years after TIME magazine's list of 100 revolutionary pioneers in various fields of life began to be published, Dua Lipa graces her new cover as one of the most influential people in the world.

So far five of Dua Lipa's songs have reached the US Billboard Top 10, while last year she also took part in one of the biggest commercial film successes of recent years, the movie "Barbie", where she sang one of the most important songs from the soundtrack, which she co-wrote with Mark Ronson. Meanwhile, she also appeared in the movie "Argylle", while continuing to release songs from her third album in a row, titled "Radical Optimism".

The star from Kosovo fully believes in the power of manifestation and always declares her intention to achieve specific goals.

"Manifestation is important to me...Nothing is so big if it is not manifested", says the singer of Albanian origin who "recorded" her dreams since childhood and always made sure to follow their fulfillment.

"I always planned for the future. Although there are surprises, which I appreciate at the time, there is always a greater goal."

She is not only involved in singing and acting, but also in media, creating one of the best podcasts of 2022, according to Spotify. The Dua Lipa Podcast: At Your Service is Dua Lipa's first media engagement.

Speaking about Patti Smith, she referred to her childhood in Kosovo, when her refugee parents chose to return to their homeland, while planning to return to London, where she was born, to start her music career.

Some time ago, she received Albanian citizenship and excitedly says:

"I come from two places at the same time. Being from Kosovo is a big part of me and getting Albanian citizenship is exciting."

In her interview, Dua Lipa emphasized how much she wants to change the impression about Kosovo and for the world to know that there are other things in it, that it is not identified only with the war. She and her father even organize a music festival in Pristina, the purpose of which is to bring people from all over the world to the country.

"When I lived in Kosovo, none of my favorite artists visited us. My biggest dream is to be able to do that for kids today."

At the moment she has stated that she is dealing with her third album and its promotion, however she emphasizes that as much as she loves her music career and the creative opportunities it offers her, she is not only a musician, but something more complicated.

As Patti Smith points out, Dua Lipa's confidence is paying off as she recently launched her media company, Radical22.

“I'm planting the seeds for my other endeavors throughout my life. It's a way for me to show everyone my other sides," she emphasizes, making us even more curious about what her next step will be.
