A life between sport and healthy food has given Dorina Mema a perfect physique, but also a healthy mind.

In an interview for "Panorama Plus", Dorina Mema talks about this entire journey of hers.

Of course, the discussion about the family, about the new 'no gender' world, which according to her, is destroying family values, could not be missing. As for her private life, she chooses privacy, stressing that ordinary men are always better than screen celebrities.

For years, one of the most popular names, between sports, showbiz and family. How difficult has it been to maintain a good name?

I did not think of saving the name, I lived according to my principles and efforts, the good name is only the consequence of my intention. The goal is a good world for our children, not just for us, the time of selfishness is over now. We live in a decade where what we allow will continue.

Perfect forms are the payback of years of investment in sports and nutrition. An investment that I suggest young people start at the age of 25 and make it a way of life. The knowledge helps you to keep a control over the body even in the months when you don't train, since with the new commitment in biotechnology, my time is limited.

How is Dorina's life today, the commitments of the day, the immediate goals?

My day holds every character in 24 hours within it: I am a mom at home, at work, in training, still at school, because I love knowledge, in my travels with the group that climbs the mountains, and of course time with my love. My life, as always, is at war with time. When I die, my last sentence will be "how I didn't have more time". I love life very, very much. Because I'm never sad, I look at every bad thing as a storm where I can't wait for the sun behind it, I build focus and patience for the sun's rays. Patience is a necessary human virtue.

We often see you on social networks in a bikini and in great shape, as we also see your daughter, as a mother what advice do you give your daughter, at least for the virtual world?

In the virtual world it's good to be yourself, it's not part of my character to pretend. We are a coastal country and close to Europe, with normal bikinis since our mothers' generation has been wearing bikinis since the 70s, and even more beautiful than us, without complex filters, I adore their photos. Maybe the food also influenced the changes of generations.

I wish that the next generation will look at our photos and laugh at us with the filters of our time. I have given my daughter all the freedom because I trust her, she knows her limits. I am her arm everywhere. I believe that the guardian angels on earth are "Mothers". Be a good person, I tell him every day, good deeds decorate you, not rags. Human principles are the basis, love for people and animals, nature and in recent years I have focused on learning healthy food and my formulas.

And at the end of every lecture she has a joke as her character is full of humor. I asked him one night: What does it mean to be human? He told me: To be like you. He never forgets to compliment me. We must not forget that the child is our scanner, but also our charger, our motivation.

It's a two-way relationship so perfect, so intense that many times you think it's stress, but in fact it's the highest vibrational charge where you have to manage your gene that you have in front of you in another body, and having children is the advice I give to every the man who has started this journey. There is no perfect family, if the perfect existed, man would not try, and if he did not try, he would not live the events, but the family should be aimed, because humanity in the world today is characterized by a sadness of loneliness, work tool and social number , the number of deaths is increasing over births, and that's not my vibe. Such a world is not my hope.

What is going wrong, what are we doing wrong?

We are silent... When the anti-value gets decorations, it is being applauded, human capitulation is being normalized, maybe it is a life cycle, but the human instinct should be pro-life, vampires are against life, don't forget that.

Do you also feel the support of other public figures in this cause, have they helped you?

Public figures have had and our country will always have, there are those exposed as you have seen in my posts, there are also some who do not appear because they have a relationship of interest with our liberal anti-family policy, and, if you speak the truth with this politics, these people wait for their salaries. This is a characteristic of the liberal agenda (censorship of speech). I wish it will come to an end before it begins and the hope is November 5th.

In recent days, we have seen you very revolted with Zhaklina Lekatar, what brought you that reaction?

I'm not talking about a person named Zhaklina, (she appears as a figure in thematic debates) and you take her as a basis, but I'm talking about every (individual) for those who think that the psychopaths invented by the mentally ill can make laws in us, such as the topic of escorting the bride by the father. And what is wrong with humanity when the father takes the daughter to the altar?

Imagine what they deal with and where they can reach, those who are holding the chairs alienating the future of the children, are distorting the order of construction, the truth, the new generation and man. Those who have made it a job with high salaries to target the younger generation, are paid to promote the no gender world, the null world. This agenda is selling you the degeneration of the human being for modernization, no, no, this is not modernization, this is capitulation.

Did you have follow-up contact after the virtual crash?

No, I had no previous contact nor did I know him as we live in two different worlds.

Dorina as the 'miracle' woman in terms of physicality, how is this commitment of yours going?

The commitment continues with the next tests with the groups I have on Telegram, as I already test every plan and I thank every girl and woman who is part of the tests and believes in me. It has already been 12 years with this system and the time has come to close a book in 2025 as part of the master's degree. Testing year after year has given me a chance to know what really works and what doesn't in our field.

Is there any character Dorina would like to improve on the lines today?

How aware do you think Albanians are about sports, food, that is, about a new way of life?

You asked me this question in the next interview in 2014. Our society is a sponge, it quickly absorbs information, awareness began already in those years, but today, after 10 years, I am not in vain in biotechnology. We are studying the quality of food and production, what I can say today is the awareness of food quality from pesticides to packaging. It is the key point of well-being, food quality that society must be aware of, and denounce any violation.

Known for your straightforward personality, have you thought about your participation in "Big Brother"? What would you bring differently to this format?

It is a big "Big Brother" outside, even real. To change it, I would make it a "Big Brother" format with politicians full of challenges. I would leave them without lights, without water, without bread, and I would make them face the challenge of wanting to be sterilized since it becomes a law in the month of May.

Meanwhile, always hermetic in private life, why this choice?

The first is the girl, before her there is no private life. Now that it has passed 20, I am calmer and freer. However, my concept is this: Private life is not public and private right is not public right. The heart is not outside like the nose, it is hermetically sealed between the ribs. Privacy is the power of the individual. Privacy is peace of mind and security. Privacy is not a mistake, it is worth knowing how to separate it from the public persona. However, if one day I get married, it will definitely be public, I have a lot of fans who want to see me on such a day.

Famous men, or ordinary men, who are written to the most?

Yes, I talk to Putin once a week, I play chess online (laughs). I'm at a stage where I don't think about men or flirting anymore, maybe priorities, life has its stages and the love relationship has its influence 100%. I like simple people and conversations more than characters to be honest.

Today, Dorina has a call for Albanian men, what should they change, what are they doing well?

The only calling is to learn to make a girl happy, protect her and make her the mother of their child. A nation with healthy families is invincible, has a healthy future, raises a good generation.
