Opinion columnist Arjan Konomi has given details about the accident that happened to him in Jordan and the surgical intervention he underwent.

In a live video on Instagram, the columnist showed that after the accident he had to go to the hospital, which was three hours away from where he was. Arjani said that he lost consciousness several times until he reached the hospital.

But after arriving at the hospital in Amman, Arjani says that he faced a difficult situation, as according to him the doctors refused to put him into surgery without making the payment first.

The columnist said that he was helped by a friend of his in London who covered the entire hospital payment.

" The hospital was three hours away. The doctors took a pulse and said there was no pulse. That's when I realized that something was happening to me. When I was being taken in a cart that took me to a hall, there was a moment on the way when I closed my eyes I saw beautiful dreams, beautiful things and I heard a man screaming on the stretcher for me to open my eyes. They reminded me of American movies there.

After 3 hours or so we arrived at the hospital in Amman, they told me it is a good hospital. The doctors came and told me a huge amount and that they wouldn't put you into surgery without giving them the money. I had nothing with me, not even my passport, as I had gone out for my walk. I take with me an amount of lek necessary for any occasion and the identity card.

I had nothing with me and there for the second time I was risking my arm for paid work at the door of the hospital. Luckily they had taken the mobile phone, I opened it and it didn't recognize my face, I barely made the code and showed a phone number to a person who picked it up. They put me into surgery and then I no longer understood what happened. I was in a state afterwards that you feel calm well and in some joy that I was in a room like a European hospital, it calmed me down.

From time to time they gave me sedatives to reduce the pain. The hospital here changed the figures 3-4 times, at dinner another very large figure in the morning another. I didn't know where to put my mind. I want to thank a person from London who, I was unconscious and unable to speak, but this person from London paid the full amount due. He is a very generous young man, I owe him and he did what many others would not do." - said Arjan Konomi.
