A tense moment occurred between actresses Nicole Kidman and Salma Hayek at Balenciaga's Paris Fashion Week show when the Australian actress appeared to reject Hayek's attempts at a photo together.

In a viral clip that has sparked a huge debate, the two actresses stood in front of a group of photographers alongside singer Katy Perry before Hayek was seen trying to push Kidman, who had turned her away from the cameras, placing his hand on her arm.

Kidman, in a very unusual manner, pushed him away saying "Don't touch me".

The photographer behind the camera then said, "Ladies, please," before asking Kidman and Hayek to pose together.

Kidman didn't oblige and instead kissed Katy Perry, who abruptly left the press and celebrity buzz. As she left, Kidman and Hayek appeared to exchange a few final words.

A voice, apparently Kidman's, is heard saying, "you don't have to," to which Hayek said, "Yes, please, that's fine."

Fans have not hesitated to harshly criticize Kidman's behavior, calling it "rude".
