Adidas has launched an investigation into reports that rapper Kanye West created a "toxic environment" while working with their brand.
Rolling Stone reported allegations from several workers about working with Yeezy, saying he showed them explicit photos and videos as part of bullying tactics.
In a letter , they say bosses were aware of West's "problematic behaviour" but had "turned off their moral compass".
Adidas said it is not yet clear whether the complaints are true.
"It is currently not yet clear whether the allegations made in the anonymous letter are true," the company said in a statement on Thursday.
"However, we take these allegations very seriously and have taken the decision to launch an independent investigation into the matter."
The company terminated its partnership with West last month after he posted anti-Semitic comments online, and the latter has not responded to the Rolling Stone story.
Rolling Stone reported allegations from anonymous staff members that he tried to intimidate them through behavior the magazine described as "provocative, occasionally sexualized and often directed at women."
They reported that he displayed explicit images of his ex-wife Kim Kardashian and explicit videos of himself.
According to the letter, staff members reportedly complained to Adidas about "the toxic and chaotic environment that Kanye West created" and "a very sick pattern of predatory behavior toward the women" who worked for him.
According to Rolling Stone, the letter said: "In years past he would lash out at women with offensive comments and use disturbing sexual references when giving design feedback. Adidas employees should never be subjected to this type of behavior and Adidas executives should not tolerate it." never."
The BBC says it has tried to contact West, but he has yet to comment on the claims.
