As stated by her lawyer, Fanol Krasniqi, it seems that we are dealing only with an escort to the singer's police station and not arrest, because a legal office in Kosovo has not revoked the court order, which has refused extradition.

Fjolla Morina is accused by the Albanian justice for trafficking in weapons and ammunition and was declared internationally wanted by Interpol. She was arrested in September 2020 at the Morina border crossing, after a Zoraki pistol with 23 bullets was found in her bag.

While under house arrest in Kukës, Fjolla Morina managed to escape to Kosovo. The court of Kukës sentenced him to 6 years in prison for "trafficking in weapons and ammunition".
