Vucic compares himself to Biden: If he speaks for 25 minutes, I can do it!
Aleksandar Vucic

The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić , told reporters that he should be treated the same as his American counterpart, Joe Biden, at the UN.

Vucic made the comments before the meeting at the UN, where he said that he too should be allowed to speak for 20 minutes, just like Biden, and that no one can stop him.

"If Biden can speak for 25 minutes, so can I. I have no problem with this, they will not be able to stop me, we are all equal. Serbia will be equal, if Lavrov and Erdogan can talk longer, me too. They won't be able to exclude me", said Vucic.

Vučić expressed frustration over the call of Serbian soldiers to West Point two days ago over Kosovo.

He referred to the fact that happened during the greeting with the president of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, where the American soldiers shouted "Kosova, Kosovo, Kosovo".

"We are used to this, we will endure. I will have meetings with the most important American officials and I will ask them how they interpret the violation of resolution 1244", concluded Vucic.
