Investigations continue into the murder of a waitress in Mulhouse, France. The incident occurred on Saturday, October 22. French media report that her ex-partner, an Albanian citizen, is wanted. The victim of a knife attack was a 33-year-old woman, born in Georgia and residing in Mulhouse.

According to new developments in the investigation, the victim had been living with the suspect for 3 years, and they had recently separated. The Mulhouse prosecutor's office stated in its press release that the victim had not filed any complaint or police report.

Media reports say the young woman's autopsy will be performed today at the forensic institute in Strasbourg. An investigation has been opened into murder.
