Albanians in New York honor Charlie Kirk with a minute of silence, Begaj and Osmani present

Albanians in New York observed a minute of silence for Charlie Kirk, the American activist who was killed on September 10 during a rally.

After the tribute paid to Kirk, the Albanian anthem was sung, as the hall stood to honor the national symbol.

Also present in the hall were the President of Albania, Bajram Begaj, and the President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani.

Charlie Kirk, a Trump ally, was killed by a single bullet on September 10 while speaking to a crowd of 3,000 people, mostly college students, in Utah.

22-year-old Tyler Robinson is charged with Kirk's murder, for which prosecutors said they will seek the death penalty.
