The floods have paralyzed Spain. The number of victims has reached 95. While the country is submerged in water and mud.

The authorities fear that in the following hours the number of victims may increase. The governor of Valencia, Carlos Mazon, has been accused of being responsible for not taking preventive measures against this disaster.

The number of missing persons is still unknown. The highway to Alicante is blocked with thousands of overturned cars and trucks.

The Spanish government has declared three days of national mourning from Thursday to Saturday.
