Are we at risk of nuclear attack? BE: Ready for any emergency

"We have always said that the use of nuclear weapons or their deployment would be a complete game-changer in the war in Ukraine and would have far-reaching consequences. 

As the EU and as member states, we are prepared for any emergency", said the spokesperson of the EU Commission, Peter Stano, during the daily conference, answering a question on the risk of a Russian nuclear attack.
