Refusal of visas for Russian journalists accompanying Lavrov to the UN, Moscow:

Moscow " will not forgive " the United States for refusing to grant visas to Russian journalists who would accompany Sergei Lavrov to the UN.

The statements were made immediately by the Russian authorities, after the refusal of the visas.

" We do not forget, we will not forgive, " warned the Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov, during a communication with journalists, condemning such a decision as a cowardly attitude on the part of Washington.

Russia holds the next presidency of the UN Security Council this month as it continues its assault on Ukraine.
