Pro-Ukrainian protests have taken place across the US following Donald Trump and JD Vance's tense meeting with Volodymyr Zelensky at the White House.
It is reported that hundreds of people gathered in New York, Los Angeles and Boston to express their support for Ukraine after tensions in the Oval Office.
Protesters holding pro-Ukraine signs also lined a street in Waitsfield, Vermont, where Vice President Vance and his family were visiting a ski resort.
According to the BBC, Vance's family moved to a different location from their planned ski resort due to the protests.
A protest in Waitsfield against the Trump-Vance administration was organized earlier in the week before the US president and vice president's clash with Zelensky, but many signs referred to Russia's war with Ukraine.
"I think the performance at the White House has encouraged even more people to come out today," said Vermont Judy Daly of Indivisible Mad River Valley, the group that organized the protest.
In an unusual scene in the Oval Office on Friday, Trump clashed with the Ukrainian president, telling him to make a deal with Russia "or the US leaves."
At one point, Trump told Zelensky that he was not grateful enough for US military and political support during Ukraine's war against Russian occupation and that he was "playing into World War III."
Zelensky is reported to be joining European leaders today for a summit on the war in Ukraine, hosted by UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer.
