Serbia-Kosovo clashes for municipalities in the North, Lajçak: Dialogue

The envoy of the European Union for the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Miroslav Lajçak, spoke about the tensions in the North , where he stated that both countries should implement the Ohrid agreement.

Lajçak emphasized that both countries must take steps forward in order for the dialogue process to advance.

" We are at a stage when both countries are telling us: Let the other side do what you want it to do, and we promise that we will do our part afterwards." But, it doesn't work like that. To move the process forward requires reconciliation, dialogue, courage and vision.

The best that can happen to peace agreements is that they are implemented as soon as possible, as is the case with the Ohrid Agreement, which is a successful agreement that not only stopped the war but opened a new chapter for the country ", said Lajcak in Struga, within the "Prespa Forum for Dialogue ".
