Shocking details from the sunken ship in Greece: Over 100 children on board

Shocking details are coming to light about the tragedy off the southern coast of Greece. Survivors of the capsized fishing boat confirm that there were more than 100 children on board. At least 78 victims have been confirmed in what is becoming Europe's worst migrant tragedy.

The balance may worsen further, as many refugees continue to go missing. It is reported that up to 750 immigrants may have been on board the ship. Greece's coast guard has been criticized for not having intervened earlier, but Greek authorities have defended themselves by claiming that their efforts to help have been rebuffed.

Rescue teams are still at sea in a massive search operation for survivors. However, hopes for a miracle come and go. The ship with immigrants had left Libya for Italy, but capsized about 80 kilometers from the Greek coast in Pylos.
