Palestinians report 22 casualties in Israeli attacks on refugee camp

At least 22 people have been killed in Israeli attacks on a refugee camp in northern Gaza, according to a statement by Palestinian medical officials.

Earlier saturday, the Israeli military ordered more Palestinians in the northern Gaza Strip to flee their homes and shelters as troops continue an offensive against Hamas militants.

Military spokesman Avichay Adraee told people to leave parts of the Sheikh Radwan area of Gaza City and other places in and around Jabaliya.

After the Oct. 7 attack, Israel launched a Gaza war that has killed about 42,000 Palestinians, according to the Gaza Health Ministry, which is run by Hamas.

The conflict in Gaza is still underway, while Israel is now fighting on a second front in southern Lebanon against Hezbollah.
