The elderly Minire Nura, the woman who was beaten by the nurses while she was staying at the "Orenda" home for the elderly, has passed away.

The news was confirmed for the local media by Meshari Selimaj, who was the lawyer of the deceased.

"Yes, I can confirm that he passed away", he said without giving more details on the causes of death.

The case of Minire Nura became public after the footage of the nurses beating her circulated in the media.

The "Orenda" center was then closed by the responsible bodies, while there is still no court decision against the suspects.

According to the indictment, the three defendants, in the capacity of nurses at the care home for the elderly "Orenda", intentionally and in complicity used force against the elderly woman, who was located in the home for the elderly.
