Navalny was escorted to the last apartment, his brother's touching message:

Oleg Navalny, the brother of Alexei Navalny, has paid tribute to his brother on Instagram in his first post on the platform in nearly three years.

"Sleep peacefully brother and don't worry about anything ," he wrote.

Russian state media reported that Oleg Navalny was placed on Russia's most wanted list just days after his brother's death.

In 2021 he was given a one-year suspended sentence for breaking COVID restrictions after being accused of calling for Russians to attend a rally for Alexei.

He was sentenced in absentia in February 2022 to a year in prison for breaching the terms of his probation, while his whereabouts are still unknown.
