The 31st attempt to constitute the new composition of the Parliament of Kosovo has failed.

The sworn-in MPs gathered again, but this time they also failed to find a solution for continuing the process and electing the Assembly presidency.

The lack of agreement between political parties is prolonging the institutional crisis in the country.

The next session is scheduled to be held in 48 hours, and it remains to be seen whether a compromise will be reached to unblock the situation.
