The meeting between the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti and the President of Serbia, Aleksandër Vucic, has started in Ohrid, North Macedonia, within the framework of the dialogue between the two countries.

Also present at the meeting are the head of EU diplomacy, Josep Borrell, and the emissary for dialogue, Miroslav Lajçak.

Initially, the EU representatives met Kurti and Vucic separately, while the tripartite meeting was scheduled to start at 1:30 p.m., but it started about two hours late.

On the agenda are the discussions on the implementation of the EU proposal for the normalization of Kosovo-Serbia relations. After the tripartite meeting, the High Representative of the EU for foreign policy and security, Josep Borrell, will give a statement to the media, but there is still no information about when the conference will be held.

The Franco-German proposal does not envisage mutual recognition between Pristina and Belgrade, but forces the parties to accept each other's state documents and symbols.
