"Dangerous, do not consume", the Food Agency calls for the withdrawal

The Food and Veterinary Agency (AUV) announced that it is withdrawing from the market an unsafe product BALANCE +, fermented milk product, in 1 kilogram packaging.

According to AUV, the reason is the presence of aflatoxin, which they say has a concentration level that could pose a risk to citizens.

"Packages with serial number: 28.11.22, i.e. expiration date until November 28, are withdrawn. The manufacturer is AD IMLEK, Industrijsko naselje bb, 11231 Padinska Skela, Republic of Serbia. The product is distributed in the country by Mlekara SH.A. Manastir, Gjurcin Naumov Pljakot no. 1, 7000 Manastir, Republic of Macedonia.

The last customers who bought the above product with the indicated serial/lot number, should not consume it and return it to the place where they bought it", says AUV.
