The United States is behind the drone attack on the Kremlin! A day after pointing the finger at Kiev, accusing it of a terrorist attack on President Vladimir Putin, Moscow is now going further and including Washington.

"Decisions on such attacks are not made in Kiev but in Washington. Ukraine only does what it is told to do," Kremlin spokesman Dimitry Peskov said. He did not provide any evidence to back up his claims but said an urgent investigation had been launched.

On Wednesday, US officials said the White House had no warning of a drone strike against the Kremlin with Secretary of State Anthony Blinken questioning Russia's accusations. "I cannot in any way consider Moka's claims as true. I would be very wary of anything emanating from the Kremlin. We will see what the facts are," said Blinken.

Ukraine also denied responsibility for the attack, with President Zelenksy saying their fight is not against Putin but to defend their own territories.

In what appears to be retaliation for the drone attack, Russia launched a wave of missile and drone attacks in Kiev, Odesa, Zaporizhia and other cities that authorities said were the most intense since the beginning of the year.
Earlier on Wednesday, at least 23 people were killed in an attack in the Kherson region, including customers and employees of a supermarket and an energy company. But parallel to Ukraine, Russia is not finding peace either. An oil refinery was targeted by a drone attack, the latest in a series of such incidents that have engulfed Russia in recent days.
