The Court of Pristina has made a decision on the case of the Minister of Economy, Employment, Industry and Trade of Kosovo , Rozeta Hajdari.

She was fined 200 euros after hitting a minor girl with a car.

Court Notice:

The Basic Court in Pristina - General Department, Misdemeanor Division in the misdemeanor procedure, has decided regarding the case against the defendant RH, due to the misdemeanor accident from article 53 paragraph 1 of the Law on Road Traffic Rules related to article 255 paragraph 2 of the Law on Road Traffic Rules, based on article 55 paragraph 2 and articles 77, 86, 119, 124, 127 of the Law on Misdemeanors, as well as on the basis of article 289 paragraph 1 point 1.2 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo .

The court ruling on the basis of articles 3,7,8,9,17 paragraph 1 point 1.2,1.5.31 and article 35 of the Law on Misdemeanors with no. 05/L-087, imposes a fine on the defendant RH in the amount of two hundred euros (200) €, the defendant is obliged to pay the imposed fine within 15 days, from the day this judgment becomes final.

The defendant RH is obliged to pay the amount of one hundred (100) € for the opinion of the telecommunications expert, she is also obliged to pay the amount of nine hundred (900) € for the super expertise and for the forensic expertise to pay the amount of € 50. If the defendant does not pay the fine within the deadline provided by law, as well as the costs of the infringement procedure, the execution will be carried out according to the provisions of the Law on Enforcement Procedure.

The injured party is instructed to file a civil dispute for the realization of the property-legal claim.

Against this judgment, the parties have the right to appeal to the Court of Appeal, Misdemeanor Division, through the Basic Court in Pristina.
