Abby and Brittany Hensel have become mothers for the first time. The two 35-year-old women, originally from Minnesota, are united twins: they have two separate heads, but share a body and all vital organs, including the reproductive organs.
With a video posted on TikTok, they announced the birth of their first child, whose sex is currently unknown. They have chosen to maintain complete confidentiality regarding their pregnancy and childbirth.
The Hensel twins were born in March 1990 in Minnesota and their condition is very rare: they are joined twins, having two separate heads and a single body. Abby controls the right side, while Brittany controls the left.

At birth, their parents, Patty and Mike, decided not to undergo the delicate separation surgery because it was considered too dangerous. Their story quickly became public and, just six years old, they appeared on television for the first time as guests on The Oprah Winfrey Show.
A few years later, they chronicled their daily lives in the documentary of the same name "Abby and Brittany," produced by TLC. In March 2024, they announced their marriage on social media: Abby officially married Josh Bowling and became her husband.
