A shocking event has occurred at Barcelona's El Prat airport.

A 10-year-old boy was left alone in the departures hall by his parents because his documents were not in order, the child's passport had expired.

The parents didn't bother to cancel the vacation and update the documentation; they chose to leave for the vacation, leaving their son waiting for a relative to pick him up.

The incident was filmed by other passengers and the video went viral on TikTok, with over 300,000 views in a few hours.

After the intervention of airport police, the parents were stopped and forced to disembark from the plane.
