The 33rd session for the constitution of the Kosovo Assembly also suffered the fate of the others: it failed.
Opposition MPs did not attend the meeting, prompting the Speaker of the Assembly, Glauk Konjufca, to suspend the meeting and postpone it indefinitely.
The session had a number of important draft laws and reports on the agenda, including discussions on the budget and proposals for administrative reform. However, the low turnout of MPs, especially from the opposition, prevented the normal development of the proceedings.
The opposition accuses the government of “evading essential topics” and of an “arrogant approach to the Assembly.” Meanwhile, government representatives have criticized the boycott as an attempt to block institutions and stop reforms in the country.
