Kosovo President  Vjosa Osmani , in her speech at the Kosovo parliament, where the joint legislative session of Albania and Kosovo is being held, said that Kosovo's membership in NATO puts an end to Serbian aggression.

Osmani stated that we must raise our voices for the rights of Albanians, wherever they live. According to her, the European Union is the natural family of the Albanian people.

Vjosa Osmani : We live in a turbulent time. A stronger Albania means a stronger Kosovo. A more successful Kosovo elevates Albania. Greater cooperation is needed. Albania and Kosovo are two inseparable parts of a great nation. Our aspiration to be in the EU is a reflection of our identity. The values ​​on which the EU is built also lie at the foundation of the Albanian people. The EU will be safer and more complete with Kosovo and Serbia. Kosovo's membership in NATO puts an end to Serbia's aggression. Even the Albanians in Presevo have their eyes on us, their rights are being flagrantly violated and we must raise our voices for their rights.  We must not close our eyes to what is happening to the Albanian people in the RMV. Kosovo has had an unwavering people, to have its own free and sovereign state. Kosovo is grateful to Albania.
