A serious crime was registered this Thursday in Italy, where two brothers-in-law were killed and the perpetrator of the crime is suspected to have been their father-in-law.
The event took place in Sant'Antimo in Naples and the victims of the double murder are Luigi Cammisa and Maria Brigida Pesacane. They were married to siblings Anna and Alfredo Caiazzo.
Luigi, 29, construction worker, father of two children, 2 and 7, was shot dead at 6:30 a.m. on his way to work.
Shortly afterwards, the dead body of Maria Brigida, 24, was found in an apartment in via Caruso. Local media reports that she was killed in front of her 2- and 4-year-old children.
In connection with these two crimes, the father-in-law of the victims, Raffaele Caiazzo, was arrested. He was handed over to the Gricignano di Aversa police station.
Investigators suspect that the cause of the crime is that Caiazzo killed his bride and groom because they were suspected of having a love affair.
