Serbian criminal structures and terrorists with direct political connections in Belgrade orchestrated an attack yesterday evening that is no different from what Russia is doing in Ukraine.

Serbian terrorists have blown up the Ibër Lepenci canal with large amounts of explosives.

The damage to the network is great, since the main canal of Ibër Lepenci supplies water to several cities in Kosovo as well as KEK, for cooling thermal power plants and producing electricity.

Prime Minister Albin Kurti was forced to convene the government cabinet at the Prime Minister's Office after midnight, also in the wake of other attacks that occurred earlier yesterday, but also in the past days, making Serbia directly responsible.

"We call on the citizens to be calm and to continuously follow the instructions and announcements from the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo. The state bodies are engaged to ensure the management of the situation, the recovery of the damage, and the full clarification of the case", he writes. among others, Albin Kurti.

This attack with large amounts of explosives in one of the main water and electricity supply nodes of Kosovo has clear criminal and terrorist features, which directly aim to bring the Albanian state to its knees.

"The attack was carried out by professionals, it is the next criminal and terrorist attack that we believe comes from gangs directed and orchestrated by Serbia, which has both the interest, the willingness and the ability to cause such attacks and damage, in this particular case using a large amount of explosives in a key node, where the repair is difficult. If the damage is not repaired, then a part of Kosovo risks being left without electricity in the morning Prishtina, the capital, risks being left without drinking water", writes Prime Minister Albin Kurti.

Dear media present,

Dear citizens,

Tonight we had to gather at this late hour here at the Prime Minister, to inform the public about the latest serious, criminal, terrorist and malicious attacks that are continuing to come at us, we believe from our aggressive and hostile northern neighbor.

Only in the last few days, we had an attack with hand grenades at the police station in Zveçan on November 26, last night an explosive device was thrown near the facility of the Municipality of Zveçan, tonight was the most serious act where around 19:00, in the vicinity of the village of Vragë in Zubin Potok, the main canal of Ibër Lepenci was damaged with explosive devices, from where water is supplied to several cities in Kosovo as well as KEK for the cooling of thermal power plants and the production of electricity.

So a part of the Ibër Lepenci canal was damaged by a detonated explosion. Our police are already at the scene and on duty. The supply of drinking water has been temporarily interrupted, according to the announcements and notices from the Mitrovica Regional Water Company. This is a criminal and terrorist attack which aimed to damage our critical infrastructure, perhaps the most important one we have, and it was definitely an attempt to jeopardize the supply of electricity and water in our country.

We call on the citizens to be calm and to continuously follow the instructions and announcements from the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo. The state bodies are engaged to ensure the management of the situation, the recovery of the damage, and the complete disclosure of the case.

The attack was carried out by professionals, it is the next criminal and terrorist attack that we believe comes from the gangs directed and orchestrated by Serbia, which has both the interest, the willingness and the ability to cause such attacks and damage, in this case by used a large amount of explosives in a key joint, where repair is difficult. For our strong conviction, there can be no other address for the responsibility and guilt, for the organization and orchestration of this attack, except for official Belgrade and their criminal structures, which, led by Milan Radojciqi, are supported by the Serbian institutions, and by the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Calf. He was arrested to be released and now he is free in Serbia and leads with the paramilitary and criminal elements there, peace criminals and war criminals who hate our Republic and our good people.

This is the third explosion in the last three days, which has targeted the institutions of our country and is intended to incite fear and insecurity first among the residents of the four municipalities north of the Ibri, to escalate the situation and then the entire our country.

Such efforts will remain desperate because the constitutionality in our country, the rule of law, the order and the people of our Republic will never be defeated by anyone.

Situations like this are often the target of misinformation and intentional misinformation campaigns, so I invite you to be attentive to the news you see, read, hear and follow the instructions and announcements of the institutions through official channels.

Let me also thank our international partners, the United States of America and the European Union for their support to our country.

And immediately after this media conference, I will also meet the commander of KFOR, Major General Barduani, and we will hold an extraordinary meeting of the Security Council of the Republic of Kosovo.

In the end, I call on the citizens to refuse to be informed by some portals that they know very well, and that unfortunately some more and some less have become part of a hybrid war against the Republic of Kosovo, the people of Kosovo and the entire Albanian nation. . It is imperative that the citizens of our country refuse to think like some commentators and some oppositionists, who rejoice, some directly and some indirectly, at what happened tonight.

So we must protect our country and this is done by loving our country and this is done by refusing to be misinformed and misinterpret whatever happened tonight that endangers or threatens our country.

Let's be together with state institutions, with our police, with our official bodies who will notify us in real time about everything.

These criminals and terrorists will never defeat us, because the power of the just law in the democratic Republic of Kosovo will flow again.
