On the show "Shqipëria Live" with Sidorela Gjon, it was discussed today how much truth there is in the news circulating online about the files in SPAK, Vlora Hyseni and Belinda Balluku.
Former prosecutor Eugen Beci was invited to the studio, and when asked by Sidorela Gjoni why the information was needed, 'O heart, O soul', he responded by saying that 'Vlora has not had radars to turn off'.
"Before work, the lady didn't have radars to turn off, there weren't any radars to turn off, the most the lady turned off was the wiretap, if we trivialize it completely," said the former prosecutor.
Excerpts from the conversation:
Sidorela Gjoni: As a former prosecutor, how do you distinguish between what should have been in the file and what was denigration.
Eugen Beci: The answer is legally
Sidorela Gjoni: Why did you and I have to know that it was called 'heart, oh soul'? Why is it not enough information for me that Sidorela told this secret to Zekthi?
Eugen Beci : That's why I said the answer is legally. Before work, the lady didn't have radars to turn off, there weren't any radars to turn off, the most the lady turned off was the wiretap, if we're going to trivialize it completely.
Second, from a legal point of view, in the investigation of a criminal case, the judicial police officer, the prosecutor, and finally the court that reviews all preliminary acts to determine a security measure or make a decision both during the preliminary investigation and during the trial, has to consider some strict rules, which are defined in the way the act of the investigative file, whether of the wiretapping, is obtained in the specific case.
There is an entire chapter on wiretapping where it is precisely stated that you will transcribe data that constitutes a criminal fact. Data that constitutes a criminal fact charges the person with criminal liability.
