The summer vacation season prompts creative ideas among families trying to save as little as possible, while the prices on the coast are getting more and more expensive.
Such is the case of an Italian family from the city of Bari who went on vacation to Manduria in Taranto.
They have decided not to book a hotel at all, to save money, and have set up a giant tent about 30 square meters by the sea and near the nature reserve at the mouth of the Çidro River.
However, the Italian family's free vacation did not last long. The photo posted by a citizen on social networks spread quickly, thus catching the attention of the police, who, together with municipal employees, carried out an action to dismantle the tent.
In the end, the family also received a fine of 500 euros. After all this adventure, they probably would have saved more money if they stayed at the hotel.
