For some time now, news about changes in ministers or directors has been circulating on various portals.
They were initially announced to take place in August, but have now been postponed to September.
They even mention a name, but since no one knows anything, but only speculates, they limit themselves to the idea that there will be changes in September, with the aim of calming and quelling the protest.
This, considering the fact that Edi Rama has done this before, when there was a political crisis.
It's just that those who write about changes forget the most fundamental thing.
This time, no change of ministry or director will work, as the protesters are only asking for Edi Rama's head.
They have made it clear that they will not negotiate on this point.
Therefore, any move by Rama would not affect the protests.
Yes, it's hard to resign.
So, the only logical move Rama could make would be to take the country to early elections.
Maybe with another socialist prime minister, just to calm the protest, but with that candidate to lead the next government.
Any other move would have no meaning and no effect in quelling or defusing the protest.
