Meridian Ramçaj spoke on the "Breaking" show on Top News about Monika Lubonja's situation, revealing details from a phone call he had with the actress.

Ramçaj said that Lubonja is in a difficult psychological and emotional state, while emphasizing that the public's comments and reactions have affected her.

"I have spoken to Monica, her condition is totally aggravated, psychologically, emotionally. Normally, public words kill you," he said.

Ramçaj criticized the way in which, according to him, the public reaches conclusions without having all the facts.

"We are a people whose alphabet is A and ZH, we don't have ABC, we don't take the letters in order at all, but we want to go straight to ZH. So, we look at a puzzle, without even seeing the pieces, and we say that this is it ," he declared.

Ramçaj also said that the people involved should take courage and turn to the relevant institutions.

"I think they should have the courage to go and file a complaint. Normally they should have filed a complaint," said Ramçaj.

Asked if there was support from institutions, he said he believes that social services should also be present.

"I believe that social services should also be present ," he said.

Ramçaj said that he had seen Monika Lubonja's emotional state himself during their last communication.

"I didn't ask her, I just saw that she was very emotionally burdened when I came out two days ago, because I was telling her that you haven't done anything that others haven't done. There's nothing to worry about," he said.

Ramçaj described the situation as an act of infidelity, linking it to what he called " the infidelity of Albanian men."
