The Vorë-Hani i Hoti train is still a project, is the price of the ticket

As the loan for the construction of the Vorë-Hani i Hoti railway is going through the approval procedures in the parliamentary commissions, the estimate for the ticket price for both passengers and goods transportation is not yet ready.

Deputy The Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, Enkelejda Muçaj, said that the values ​​will be determined after deciding on the operation and management of the railway, but the costs are expected to be very favorable.

In parallel, the construction of this railway is expected to increase employment.

According to the published deadlines, it is intended that the railway line Vorë - Hani i Hoti will be completed in December 2030.

The speed of movement of trains will be up to 120 km/h on an electrified railway line, while the travel time is expected to be 2 hours.
